Engility is currently seeking a Systems Engineer with Electronic Warfare and Signals Intelligence experience to join our expanding support to the Marine Corps Spectrum Integration Laboratory aboard Point Mugu Naval Air Station.
This position will involve working with Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Electronic Warfare family of systems.
This position will involve a full range of planning, scheduling, developing tests, experiments, demonstrations in the laboratory and in the field.
The position requires an extensive understanding of threat tactics, techniques, and procedures.
Position requires interaction with advocacy, requirements integration officers, and users.
Successful candidates can potentially transition into systems engineering leadership roles, program management.
Key
Responsibilities:
Generate/Conduct simulations of threat systems, EW subsystems and components supporting technology maturation Support all aspects of system field test, exercise, demonstration, or experiment planning and execution Operate various Electronic Warfare and Signals Intelligence systems during tests, demonstrations, exercises, and experiments Support program of record system of systems integration Analyze data and produce reports Define requirements to support the optimization of system performance and operations by applying fundamental Electronic Warfare (EW), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), radar principles and modeling electronic countermeasure (ECM) techniques Actively collaborate with team members across a multi-disciplined organization to refine and mature system design and promote distribution of knowledge Develop systems architecture that can support engagement of emerging complex threats and operations Actively participate in definition of team objectives and provide solutions to complex technical tasks including system design decisions involving trade studies, requirements allocation, and verification methods Provide support for programs through participation in project design reviews and peer reviews, including technical briefings to internal leadership and external customers Qualifications:
Required Skills Minimum of 10 years of Electronic Warfare / Signals Intelligence experience and Understanding of Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Fundamentals Strong background in field evaluation and assessing threat air and ground, RF, Electronic Attack capabilities, and advanced weapon system concept performance and employment Proficient in creating simulations and exercises based on current Electronic Warfare and Signals Intelligence tactics, techniques, and procedures.
Proficient with analytical tools and applications using open-architecture design approaches Technical breadth and operational background in military air operations and combat systems U.

Citizenship and ability to access to US only data systems.

Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.
S.
Security Clearance as of day one of employment.
Must be a U.
S.
Citizen with Active (or active within past 24 months) DoD Top Secret Clearance Excellent verbal and written communications skills, and comfortable interacting with customers Approximately 25 percent travel, mostly domestic
